How We’ll Work Together
Step 1 - Intake Form
After booking your first session, you’ll complete a short intake form. This helps me understand your goals, challenges, and what daily life looks like for you before we meet.
Step 2 - Intro Session
In our first session, we’ll talk through your intake responses, get clear on what you want support with, and identify the patterns or barriers that matter most right now.
Step 3 - Ongoing Support
From there, we meet regularly for coaching sessions, with strategies, systems, and follow-through support tailored to your needs. Optional text check-ins are available between sessions if you need extra accountability or clarity.
