Hi, I’m Katelyn. I’m an ADHD coach with a background in school psychology and a passion for helping people work with their ADHD in ways that genuinely fit their lives.
Coaching is future-focused, practical, and collaborative. It’s not therapy, but instead a supportive space to create clarity, build systems, and move forward.
My Values
Embrace each person’s unique presentation and unique set of needs
Provide neurodivergent-affirming support that truly works for each individual
Identify barriers and provide efficient work-arounds
Develop strategies that work for your ADHD brain
I became an ADHD coach after seeing so many of the people I love struggle with self-judgment, overwhelm, and a sense of “falling behind” because their brains didn’t operate the way the world expected them to. I’ve always loved efficiency, problem-solving, and breaking down barriers, so I decided to help people find solutions that allow them to accept themselves, accommodate their needs, and work with what they already have.
So often, people with ADHD feel pressure to change themselves to fit the expectations that society places on them. Masking day in and day out, and judging themselves for still never feeling “good enough”. It’s exhausting, and it disconnects us from who we really are.
My approach is different.
I help people identify areas of their lives where ADHD creates friction or overwhelm, and then we build solutions that actually work for their brains. It’s all about recognizing the real barriers and finding efficient, sustainable ways to work around them.
With years of experience in school psychology, and a lifetime of lived experience with ADHD, I bring both compassion and practicality to my work. I’m here to help you (or your child) move from feeling stuck, scattered, or frustrated to feeling supported, understood, and capable. Together we’ll create simple, efficient strategies to help you thrive.
If you’re ready to work with your brain instead of against it, I’d love to support you.
